I started fiddling so I stopped not sure if it's a bit flat or if I should add more detail.

Klimt work seemed to be a load of marks I tried to keep to this and the colours.

    Jeff l really like these the colour and detail are so good. Is that your wife in the green house is that her place of retreat.

    Yes she sits in there away from the elements and me.

    I think it's done, you've captured Klimt with your own spin. It flows beautifully, the petal and leaf shapes draw one in to the solitary figure.  I wish I had an escape space!!

    Wow you have crafted a truly original piece Jeff -definitely your own spin with a nod to Klimt. It has a beautiful otherworldly feel with the warm green light you have flooded it with. The water and fish add flowing movement that is echoed in the leaves, and the icing on the cake is the fabulous dome shape which seems entirely right for the zen theme.

    So yes stop! Enjoy the work of your hands and imagination.

    Got to thank Klimt for that I just stole his colour pallet,  well what I guessed he used.

    Such a lovely calm and peaceful scene even with the very colourful flowers a la Klimt. I like the way the shape of the painting is repeated, especially in the pots, the statue and even in the pigeon!

    Gorgeous painting Jeff.   I can feel the peace of the garden with the meditating lady, 

    water, fish and cooing of doves surrounded by beautiful trees and flowers.   Superb 

    composition.

    Amine it can be a peaceful place just needs a switch to turn off the noise of life around us.

    Hi Carolyn this is a sheet of canvas you can get if in pads and acrylic  paints.
